Booking conditions

We only accept reservations by e-mail or via the website’s reservation system. We can only provide information for inquiries received by phone or on our social media pages.

The Guest is solely responsible for the correctness of the data entered in the reservation system of the website. We cannot accept booking applications that are not filled in properly.

After the price offer sent by us has been accepted in writing, and after the requested advance has arrived by the deadline, we will send an e-mail confirming the reservation, from which date the reservation is considered legal. The reservation becomes guaranteed after our written confirmation.

Our apartments can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.

Minimum number of nights that can be booked: 2.
During special periods (holidays), the minimum number of nights is 3
Remaining places between tours can also be booked for 1 night.

To guarantee the reservation, a 50% advance payment is required, which must be paid within 3 working days of sending the confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid by the day of arrival.

If the amount is not received by our guest house, the reservation will be considered void and deleted from our system.

The advance payment can be made by bank transfer.

As a comment, please include the name of the person making the reservation and the date of the reservation.

We will send you an e-mail about the arrival of the deposit and the confirmation of the reservation. Your reservation is then guaranteed.

Cancellation policy

We only accept cancellations by e-mail, at the e-mail address info@villabotaniq.hu.
If the guest is entitled to a refund due to the cancellation, the accommodation provider will make the refund within 10 days of the cancellation to the account number specified by the guest.

If the Guest notifies in writing no later than 14 days before arrival, 100% of the accommodation fee will be refunded.

If 2-14 days before the Guest’s arrival at the latest between days indicates in writing that you cancel your reservation, then 50% of the accommodation fee must be paid as a penalty. If we can resell the period canceled by the Guest, in that case the paid accommodation fee will be refunded after deducting a 10% handling fee. The refund will be made by the Hotelier within 10 days of the cancellation to the account number specified by the Guest.

If the Guest notifies in writing one day before arrival, or on the day of arrival, that he or she cancels the reservation – or does not notify and does not appear – then 100% of the accommodation fee is payable as a penalty.

Modification conditions

Time change:

A Guest can request a change to a date free of charge, the cost of any further change is HUF 5,000/occasion. We can accept change requests up to the 14th day before arrival, after which the reservation is considered a cancellation and a rebooking. The full amount of the advance payment / accommodation fee already paid will be included in the value of the new date. The advance payment / accommodation fee already paid can be used within 6 months from the date of the modification request

If the Guest leaves the accommodation after arrival, but before the end of the pre-booked time – for reasons not attributable to the Guest House – then the entire accommodation fee accepted at the time of booking becomes the property of the Guest House without providing the full service.
