We dreamed of such an island, where many good friends, or even a large family, could comfortably spend unforgettable days under one roof – together, but still apart.
The villa was built in 1932 in the heart of Alsólőverek, in the immediate vicinity of the botanical garden. We formed together in the challenging planning, reconstruction and renovation processes that began in the early 2020s: as we began to dismantle the old plaster, it showed its true form. And we have designed our plans for this.
The 4 apartments on 2 levels of the house surrounded by the magical garden combine all the features of an elegant high-class life with the smallest expectations of modern comfort.
The villa will welcome its guests from September 2023.
